Mario Aprea, better known as Merio Epria or Ammiraglio Epereia, was born in Campiglione in 2003. From an early age, he turned bedrooms, courtyards and lunch breaks into small stages, filling battered notebooks with rap verses long before he learned to keep one tidy.

After fifteen years in prison for an armed robbery, Merio returned with one objective: to record the album that would rewrite everything. In 2020 he released 2 0 2 0, his only, final and wildly improbable worldwide success.

Fame brought a notoriety too large for Campiglione and a spiral of heavy drug use. He eventually left for the lower, darker city of Camerino to chase a failed dream: not to use drugs, but to sell them as a corrupt pharmacist.

He did not make it. What remained was the Merio Epria legend: Campiglione's best rapper, perhaps its only rapper, and certainly its most convinced one.
